These terms explain how the Ready Reply Systems text messaging program works and the terms for using readyreplysystems.com. By opting in to receive text messages or by using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Part 1: Text Messaging Terms

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages from Ready Reply Systems.

1. Program description

Ready Reply Systems sends text messages for appointment scheduling, service updates, replies to inquiries, follow-ups (including follow-ups on estimates), and review requests. These messages are sent on behalf of the heating and air conditioning businesses we serve, and for Ready Reply Systems itself (for example, when you ask about our services or request a demo).

2. How you opt in

You may receive text messages after you give your mobile phone number and contact us or a business we serve, for example by calling, sending a text message, submitting the form on our Contact page and checking the consent box, or booking an appointment. By giving your number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to your request as described above. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and any appointments or estimates you have. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile phone plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

4. How to opt out

You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. To start receiving messages again, reply START.

6. Consent is not a condition of purchase

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any goods or services from Ready Reply Systems or from any business we serve.

7. Carrier liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Your phone number

You agree to tell us if you change or give up the mobile number you used to opt in, so we can stop sending messages to that number. You confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number you provide or have the account holder's permission to use it.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 10. Use of this website

This website provides general information about Ready Reply Systems and its services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

11. Content and ownership

The text, design, and graphics on this website belong to Ready Reply Systems unless otherwise noted. You may view and share pages for personal or business evaluation, but you may not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without our permission.

12. No warranties
